Philosopies

Three philosophies I tend to live and work by:

Efficiency and Effectiveness

Identify the 20% of effort that gets 80% of the result

More output isn't about working harder, it's about identifying the effort that is getting the desired outcome, in all parts of a function.

Play the long game

Take the high-road and look for sustainable, long-term results

By nature I look to the long-term. I have a belief that if I build foundations of stone I will reap the rewards of my effort well into the future.

Systemise

Repeatable actions and frameworks the deliver results

Wherever possible I seek to systemise and if I can automate. Put simply, if I couple this with efficiency and effectiveness - it's how I 10X my output and performance.

When I'm not thinking about business

I like long walks on the beach, candlelit dinners and….

I’m a Kiwi and I’m a family guy. I have a beautiful wife and two amazing kids who seem to grow way too fast.

In life before kids I used to love snowboarding and travelling. At last count I had visited 18 countries on 4 continents.

I ride motorbikes and recently I’ve discovered the art of brewing my own beer.
